If you have been following Artistic Gymnastics for some time now, you are bound to think floor exercise to be comfortable. Looking at it from the difficulty point of view this activity lacks the courage and scintillating moves involved in apparatus gymnastics. But floor gymnasts are tested on their skills and expressions which can be quite a tough ask. Finnish gymnast Maija Leinonen performs a Scissors Leap at Olympic Stadium in Montreal. It is considered to be one of the most challenging moves in gymnastics and requires a significant amount of practice, and despite her high performance, Maija wasn’t able to qualify for the next round.
